Due to the advanced time, the online registration has closed. Registration for the Modelica Conference 2005 is still possible at the registration desk on site. The fees are payable by credit card or in cash. Tickets for the social event on Monday evening cannot be guaranteed for late bookings.

Fees and Payment

The Standard registration fee includes:

• Admission to oral and poster sessions
• Modelica tutorial
• Conference proceedings printed and on CD
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• Conference dinner (cannot be guaranteed for onsite bookings)
• Reception at Hotel Panorama (snacks and 1 drink)
• Technical Tour on Tuesday

Fulltime students will receive a reduced rate that includes all of the above except for the conference dinner. A valid student ID must be shown at the registration desk to obtain the reduced rate.

For registrations after February 24th, payment is only possible by credit card or cash at the registration desk. You can still register on site on the first day of the conference between 8 am and noon. Online registration will close on March 3rd.

Tutorials

The conference will start on Monday morning with the possibility to attend one of four Modelica tutorials. They will cover different modeling domains as well as different levels of experience with Modelica. Each tutorial will be held by an expert in the respective area and will contain an information as well as an exercise part. Please note that you need to bring a notebook computer for the exercises. For a better planning you are asked to make your choice when you register. The number of participants per tutorial may be limited, we cannot guarantee that everyone gets his/her choice. In that case you will be notified.

• Tutorial 3: Vehicle Model Architecture
• Tutorial 4: Mathematical Aspects of Modeling and Simulation with Modelica

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received in writing at TuTech Innovation GmbH postmarked no later than February 15, 2005 will obtain a full refund, less a EUR 40 processing fee. For cancellation received after February 15, 2005 or non-attendance without cancellation the full fee is applicable, but you may send a replacement from your company/institute.

Invitations

In case you need a letter of invitation to apply for an entry visa for Germany please submit a message in the registration form. Letters of invitation are issued to people who submit a paper (also co-authors) or to those that have attended one of the previous Modelica conferences. In all other cases registration will be subject to revision and letters of invitation will be sent out only after receipt of payment.
